Summary
Even with rain coming to some parts of the province, B.C. is dealing with some notable issues relating to out of control wildfires. On Vancouver Island, many are rejigging their travel plans to the west coast as the Cameron Bluffs wildfire continues to keep Highway 4 closed, east of Port Alberni. Meanwhile, more than 2,000 people have been ordered to evacuate Tumbler Ridge as fires continue in the north eastern half of the province.
