London Drugs outlets remain closed Friday as work continues to fix cybersecurity issues that were compromised on Sunday. The company says there are billions of codes to be reviewed and the computer infrastructure needs to be rebuilt. London Drugs is now downplaying earlier suggestions that customer data may have been compromised noting nothing has been found so far. Some pharmacy services remain available for those in need.

Year round parking fees may be coming to Spanish Banks Beach Park. Park Board staff are recommending the change in a move that could reduce or eliminate people living in camper-vans in the five parking lots. The Park Board recommends a pilot project to see how new fees would work out.
Port Moody appears to be dealing with an extra bossy bruin. A hungry bear reportedly ripped through a garage door at a home to get at the garbage container inside. The damage is about $4,500.
Resellers are offering tickets to the Vancouver Canucks’ viewing party at Rogers arena but there’s a catch - expect to pay more than twice the price. The $15 tickets to a screening of the Vancouver-Nashville game sold out quickly and now those same tickets are going for about $37. There’s some good news - food and drink prices are reduced for the game.
