Summary
The tips worked. The Amber Alert worked. Great news following a Saturday afternoon search for an infant in Surrey. RCMP made the call to issue a province wide Amber Alert after officers spotted a driver who had earlier taken off from a check, along with a two-month-old who was inside the vehicle. The man was arrested without incident in Chilliwack a short time after the alert went out. The baby was unharmed.
