Summary
Crews from several Langley Township firehalls helped tender water to the scene of a large fire at a home on a small estate property near 240th street and 60th avenue. The fire broke out at around 7:00 p.m. Sunday. There’s no early word on a cause or if anyone was hurt.

A woman has died in a Saturday morning house fire in Surrey’s Fleetwood area. Investigators don’t believe the fire on 88th avenue was suspicious but there is no word on an exact cause. Most of the damage was contained to part of the upper floor.
Breaking: Vancouver Rundown has learned at least one person died in a Sunday afternoon crash on Highway 3 in Manning Park. There’s no word on how many others were injured in the multi-vehicle crash near the Allison Pass Summit but half a dozen ambulances were initially dispatched. This happened during a bout of nasty winter driving conditions.
Those at the Improv Centre on Granville Island say someone tossed debris off the Granville Bridge, damaging the building and a piece of art outside. CityNews reports a manager at the Centre believes it was an act of vandalism, early Saturday morning. No one was hurt.
