Summary
At least one person has died after a boat capsized off Vancouver’s Spanish Banks Monday afternoon. Searchers were called out after the boat encountered rough conditions…crews were stood down by nightfall. A body has since been recovered.
Police now confirm a body has been discovered after an explosion and fire at a rural residence on 8th Avenue near the Aldergrove area of Langley. Homicide investigators have been called in but that does not necessarily mean a murder. Investigators are going through videos as they try to piece together what happened on Sunday.
