Our province will be among those areas impacted by a return of El Nino. The World Meteorological Organization says there is a high chance of the phenomenon developing this year. For B.C., it means a milder December after we experience hot and dry conditions through to the fall. El Nino conditions in 2016 left our province with much higher freezing levels and a terrible ski season.
