Dozens of people have chanted ‘justice for Trina’ during a rally on the steps of the Port Coquitlam courthouse Wednesday morning. The District of West Vancouver has purchased the old Boathouse Restaurant building for a new museum. Daily Hive reports the move follows months of negotiations with the well-known Sewell family. The waterfront restaurant closed in 2016 as the spot was redeveloped into a mixed-use multi-residential cluster.
