A former school teacher from Surrey, who killed his pregnant wife and burned the body, has been granted full parole. Mukhtiar Singh Panghali, 51, was serving a life sentence for second degree murder and indignity to a body in the murder of his wife, Manjit. Before being charged, he went on TV with a tearful plea asking for help in finding his wife who went missing in 2006. The Parole Board says Panghali has accepted responsibility for his actions and choices and has successfully participated in several programs while in prison.
