London Drugs remained closed on Monday as it continued to deal with its ‘cybersecurity incident.’ The retail chain also pulled the plug on its phonelines while saying pharmacy staff were on location for those with urgent needs. London Drugs is not yet saying anything more about the temporary closure.

Anti-Israeli protesters have set up a tent city at UBC, demanding the university cut ties with three Israeli universities. It’s one of several tent cities set up around North America campuses. Organizers are begging for food and supplies on social media.
Several people have been hurt in a violent home invasion in the Heritage Woods area of Port Moody. It happened Sunday morning. Port Moody Police say the suspects had fled by the time officers arrived - there’s no word on any relationship between those thugs and the victims.
Some Cloverdale business leaders are concerned the new Surrey-Langley SkyTrain extension might leave their neighbouring area overlooked. The Cloverdale Business Improvement Association is urging city planners to not overlook the transit options in nearby areas. The BIA is also concerned about the impact of a business shift from Cloverdale to Clayton Heights.
