Relax. The long weekend is over. That’s the feeling of many who survived after using BC Ferries over the past few days. Ferries CEO Nicholas Jimenez admits staffing shortages will likely continue to be a problem over future long weekends, meaning we can expect even more delays and cancellations during the peak travel periods. Thursday and Friday were much worse than Monday this time as one of the main vessels was out for repairs.
