The provincial government’s probe into the public housing agency found its former CEO, Shayne Ramsay, was in a conflict-of-interest over the way millions of dollars worth of contracts were awarded to a not-for-profit headed by his wife. Vancouver based Atira received close to $120-million in B.C. Housing funding for non-market housing and services for vulnerable people.
