Mayor Ken Sim did not mince any words in condemning a pro-Palestinian rally on the outside steps of the Vancouver Art Gallery. Sim says, “It is uniquely disturbing to learn there are rallies to celebrate these attacks, and the terror group which sponsored them - Hamas.” Sim also says Vancouver Police will investigate any incidents of hate. Jewish groups plan to hold several Tuesday vigils for those killed by terrorist attacks in Israel.

RCMP are looking into racist graffiti on a main sign outside Surrey Memorial Hospital. The message mentioned both Justin Trudeau and India and was reported by hospital security on Monday. The spray paint has since been removed.
