Summary

Justin Trudeau is making international headlines after accusing India in the assassination of Hardeep Singh Nijjar at the Sikh temple on the Surrey side of Scott Road earlier this year. The New York Times is one of many international papers now reporting on PMJT’s comments in the House of Commons. Trudeau says he spoke about the incident with India’s Prime Minister during his G20 visit. He said that his allegation came following an intelligence investigation. Weird part - he’s asking India to help confirm the accusation by investigating its own involvement. A hard ask as Canada has now expelled a top diplomat over the killing.

Breaking: One person has been airlifted to Royal Columbian Hospital after a large structure fire east of 216th and 4th in south Langley. Crews from several fire halls had to tender water to the property late Monday afternoon. Neighbours say they were told no horses were lost. There’s no word on a cause or the extent/number of injuries.
