Summary

Investigators now say the man who was shot and killed outside a Coquitlam condo tower Sunday evening had been dropped off shortly before being gunned down. Twenty-five-year-old Karnvir Singh Garcha was one of two men identified in a public safety warning back in December with Surrey RCMP calling the guys a risk to the public. Garcha was also slated for a court date on Thursday on breach and assault charges. Investigators are trying to interview folks who talked with Garcha in the days before he was shot.
