Summary

In the news, there are plenty of stories - many still developing - about the Chinese spy balloon that made its way into Montana before there was any public comment. What is not be said is that our Canadian Government knew it was hovering over parts of B.C. and said nothing. That information has come forward on social media from those who track flights with widely available tools. This is also resulting in questions for details from our federal government. Meanwhile, U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken has called off his visit to Beijing. In our country, Chinese Ambassador Cong Peiwu has reportedly been questioned by Global Affairs Canada.
