In the news, remember when DBH was B.C.’s hero? Not so much nowadays - neither side in the COVID/masking/vaccination bun-toss like her much. Now, Doctor Henry calls mask mandates ‘heavy handed.’ Noted she is not shying away from the word mandates which has been coopted by the anti side as a trigger word. As expected, yesterday’s increasingly rare Henry/Dix news conference offered little in the way of confidence rebuilding for those worried about pediatric ER wait times. And both levels of senior government now say the store shelves should see a return to children’s pain meds some time next week.
