Summary

In the news, the locks have been changed and one of the most expensive pieces of residential property in Vancouver has been taken over…by squatters. The Vancouver Sun reports campers and neighbours of the property at 4883 Belmont Ave have been at odds for over a year and the owner of the three-lots in Point Grey (registered to a numbered company that author Sam Cooper links to Qing Wang) has filed a trespassing complaint with police. At least one Vancouver real estate agent says this is one of several such cases around Vancouver.
