The summary
In the news, not all heroes where capes. David Eby and his fantastic 27 are here to save us and ICBC is proof. The government is going to ask for a freeze in insurance rates for the next two years. If approved, it is said to mark five years of no basic car insurance increases. BTW - increases have ‘been a plenty’ for optional insurance. Oh - and ICBC also introduced that no fault insurance system that caps the amount someone would receive if a crash leaves them in a life altering state.
