In the news, it turns out the iconic golf ball like dome at Science World is leaking. The provincial government is kicking in some major funding for a $20-million repair job. The problem is so bad that the Imax Theatre isn’t in operation right now. The structure was built for Expo 86 and is near the end of its natural life.
