No arrests have been made after a man was shot dead at a home in South Surrey on Monday night. Neighbours called police after hearing several gunshots on 168 Street near 22nd Avenue. When police arrived, they discovered a man dead in a vehicle in the driveway. It’s believed the shooting is targeted.
The Mounties are looking for those who shot and killed 17 wild horses west of Kamloops. The incident was reported on Friday and the horses were found on Crown land. The motive remains unknown.
Following the lead of the federal and provincial governments, the City of Vancouver has now banned TikTok from most city employee devices. The move follows fears of possible surveillance by the Chinese Government. Although most are not saying it, it’s also a mini-video social media app that’s popular with kids, dimwits and those with time to waste.
Chaotic and haphazard is how one passenger described it. Air India says technical reasons are behind the cancelation of a Vancouver to New Delhi flight that left many people stranded at YVR for more than 24 hours. Many of those same passengers had to find their own hotel rooms while hanging on to the receipts.
